Hinged doors for the strictest of requirements for hygiene and durability

Our hinged doors have been made so as to meet the strictest of requirements for hygiene and durability.

The drawings below show standard measurements for our hinged doors. There is, however, a vast potential for other frame solutions.

We shall be pleased to send specific drawings for specific projects.

The standard thickness of the door leaf is:

• 40 mm for light industry
• 60 mm for chill room or high-demand areas
• 65 mm for fire resistant BS60 doors
• 100 mm for freezer rooms until ÷10° Celsius
• 150 mm for freezer rooms from ÷10° Celsius and below

Please note that the standard manufacture of the door leaf and frame comes with a chamfer (78 degree) – to meet the highest hygienic requirement.
