New custom-designed roller door for the retail trade
Rats are a real plague to the retail trade. The shops have to stay closed while the rats are being trapped, and also when it is time to clean up after them.
Door System's new roller door DS291 has been developed with an innovative frame solution to ensure optimal sealing at the bottom. When no light escapes, mice and rats will have a harder time finding their way in.
The roller door is also less sensitive to wind and more robust thanks to the new door frame solution. Furthermore, it has been equipped with various functions to improve safety.

Energy costs are soaring. What can you do to save energy?
Well, if you use roller doors, it would be a good idea to minimise the opening time.
Rapid opening and closing of our doors already play its part. Our new door control enables you to adjust the opening intervals to the truck traffic and minimise the opening time. The control also features temperature monitoring. When enabled, the door will close automatically when the temperature reaches a pre-defined limit.

DS260 alu roller door – price competitive, does not take up much space
Door System has developed a very price competitive DS260 roller door. The high-speed roller door has frame legs and a bottom-bar in aluminum and is for internal use in areas without particular wind-load. The alu roller door does not take up much space. The frame legs are slimline with a width of 87 mm, which is 40 mm narrower than normal. At the same time, there is a low headroom of only 415 mm, which also reduces the requirement for ceiling height.
The DS260 is available in sizes up to 3.0 x 3.0 m and will be ideal for supermarkets, DIY stores, warehouses and retailers in general. Read more.
DS290 roller door – for smaller doorways
Door System's DS290 roller door is designed for smaller doorways. It is extremely low-noise and highly reliable. It comes with a maximum width of 2.0 m and a height of 3.0 m. The DS290 is designed for areas without particular requirements for insulation and it's an optimum choice to prevent draught between the warehouse and the shop.
DS290 is suitable for areas with elevated requirements on hygiene. However, it is optionally available in stainless steel which will meet stricter requirements. It has galvanised frame legs and a 2 mm reinforced curtain. Read more.
DS300-DS305 roller doors – for large doorways in industrial buildings
Door System's roller doors DS300-DS305 are designed for large doorways in industrial buildings with elevated requirements to hygiene. They are highly suitable for protection against draught, dust and odours. The DS300 is available in sizes up to 4 x 3.4 m, however not exceeding a total area of 10 m2 for locations with normal wind-load. The door is also made in a similar version, DS305, which is available in sizes up to 4 x 5 m, however not exceeding a total area of 14 m2 for locations with normal wind-load.
The DS300-DS305 have the market's most modern control with frequency converter as standard, which makes it possible to set the speed to match the traffic. It ensures a slow start-up and braking to reduce wear on the door, while also reducing noise to a minimum. Read more.

Door System has in cooperation with 2 printing companies developed a concept for printing pictures on our curtain. So instead of the boring blue or grey colour, you now have the possibility to print a message or just decorate the room with a picture on the curtain. Read more.
DS320P roller door – developed specifically for the pharmaceutical industry
Door System's roller door DS320P has been developed specifically for the pharmaceutical industry, where hygiene and reliability are paramount. There are no hidden cavities or edges that gather dirt. Motor and gears are placed in a waterproof stainless steel box outside the roll.
The frame legs are made in 2 mm stainless steel and can easily be removed using a screwdriver to enable cleaning inside the casing and around the curtain. DS320P can be manufactured in sizes up to 4.0 x 4.0 m. Read more.
DS350-DS375 roller doors – meet the strict requirements on hygiene
DS350-DS375 are developed to meet the strict requirements on hygiene, applied in the food and pharmaceutical industries. They are available in sizes up to 3.5 x 3.5 m, however not exceeding a total area of 10 m2 for locations with normal wind-loads. If you need a bigger door, choose instead the upgraded model, DS 375, which is available in sizes up to a full 5 x 5 m, however not exceeding a total area of 16 m2. DS350 is also available for freezer rooms.
In the development of DS350-DS375, a specific focus has been on making doors with as few wearing parts as possible to keep the operating costs to a minimum. In case of a collision, the bottom rail can easily be pushed back into place without the use of tools. Read more.
DS700 roller door – maximum speed and reliability
DS700 roller door is designed to offer maximum speed and reliability in all conditions. The door can withstand heavy wind-loads, which makes it suitable for outdoor use. The unique collision protection makes it quick and easy to get the door back in operation after a collision. DS700 is available in sizes up to 7.0 x 6.0 m, however not exceeding a total area of 20 m2.

DS800-DS850 roller doors – developed specifically for freezer rooms
High insulating capacity and roll speed can save energy. Door System has developed the DS800-DS850 especially for use in freezer rooms, including the specially designed door curtain and the special sealing system.
DS800-DS850 are made in strong, stainless steel, which in addition to a cleaning friendly surface offers the greatest possible strength to withstand the inevitable knocks and bumps of a busy workday. DS800 is available in sizes up to 4.0 x 3.3 m, however not exceeding a total area of 12 m2.
