researchers, and other stakeholders to report potential vulnerabilities or cybersecurity incidents
related to our products and solutions with digital elements

How to Report

If you identify a potential vulnerability or cybersecurity incident in a Door System product, please
send the relevant information to:

info@doorsystem.dk

Please include the following information, if available:

• Product name
• Serial number of the affected device
• Software or firmware version
• Description of the observed vulnerability or incident
• Steps to reproduce the issue, if applicable
• Date and time of the observation
• Any log files, photographs, screenshots, or other relevant documentation
• Name and contact details of the reporter

Handling of Reports

All reports are treated confidentially and assessed in accordance with Door System's procedure for
handling and reporting cybersecurity incidents and actively exploited vulnerabilities.

We encourage responsible disclosure and kindly ask that potential vulnerabilities are not publicly
disclosed until Door System has had the opportunity to investigate and address the issue.
